Explanation
(This amendment funds cost overruns the first year from the general fund for construction of the Sitter-Barfoot Veterans Care Center in Richmond. The Sitter-Barfoot Veterans Care Center will be built next to the McGuire Medical Center. Construction costs have increased due to additional site improvements and telecommunication needs.)
