"Out of the amounts included for Voter Services, $200,000 the first year from the general fund is appropriated pursuant to § 30-19.9, Code of Virginia, to advertise Constitutional amendments approved by the General Assembly for consideration by the voters during the 2007 elections."

Explanation
(This amendment provides a one-time appropriation of $200,000 to the State Board of Elections to provide for the costs of printing notices and newspaper advertisements about the Constitutional amendments approved by the General Assembly for consideration by the voters in 2007.)
