(This amendment provides eight part-time and two full-time positions and $223,096 the first year and $344,160 and eight additional full-time positions the second year from the general fund to augment the number of administrative specialists employed by the Department of Veterans Services. These administrative specialists assist the agency's benefits claims staff pursue the federal benefits to which Virginia's veterans are entitled.)
