Explanation
(This amendment revises the opening date of the remaining beds at the Culpeper Correctional Center to January 1, 2007. This amendment also delays the reopening of additional beds at other juvenile centers pending the Department of Juvenile Justice's update to its 2004 "Juvenile Correctional Center Utilization Report." The report is intended to provide an updated plan for the efficient utilization of the state juvenile correctional centers.)
