Page 15, after line 13, insert:
"On or before June 30, 2007, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize the reversion of $547,000 to the Legislative Department Reversion Clearing Account, representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the first year.  On or before June 30, 2008, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize the reversion of $547,000 to the Legislative Department Reversion Clearing Account, representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the second year."

Explanation
(This amendment captures savings generated by legislative agencies in fiscal year 2007 and 2008 to eliminate the across-the-board reductions for legislative agencies contained in the Legislative Department Reversion Clearing Account since fiscal year 2003.)
