(This amendment provides $1,432,000 the second year from the general fund for re-enlistment incentives for the Virginia National Guard to maintain or increase its current strength by offering targeted bonuses of $2,000 for soldiers and airmen who re-enlist in the Virginia National Guard for at least two years. The bonus program would be provided between April 1 and September 31, 2006.)
