It is the intent of the General Assembly that should land become available adjacent to property at Jamestown Settlement, the Governor may authorize the expenditure of up to $3.0 million from general fund revenues collected in fiscal year 2005 above the official estimate contained in this act, after meeting other statutory requirements.
