Explanation(This amendment requests additional nongeneral fund authority to support a 115,000 gross square foot addition to the rear of Rouss Hall and the demolition of Varsity Hall. The addition will house the McIntire School of Commerce. Funding will be provided by $33 million of 9 (d) nongeneral fund bonds and $3.1 million of gifts and grant funds.)
