Explanation
(This amendment requests general fund to renovate the Norfolk Community Hospital property. The property acquisition is included as a 2003-04 Governor's amendment to Chapter 899. This project would replace the need to construct additions to the Robinson Technology and Wilson Hall Buildings.)
