Explanation
(This amendment provides funding in the second year to pay Virginia's share of the cost of establishing the National World War II Memorial. A companion amendment in Item 360 provides the necessary funding. Language in Item 512 of the introduced budget giving the Governor authority to spend up to $340,000 of the unappropriated balance for this purpose is also removed.)
