Explanation
(This amendment restores funds for the Litter Control and Recycling Fund, which were eliminated in House Bill 1400, as introduced. These funds come from a tax imposed on malt beverages and soft drinks and a retail establishment fixed fee and are intended for grants to localities for litter control and recycling projects.)
