Page 35, after line 29, insert:
"F. Out of the amounts for State Agency/Local Legal Assistance and Advice, $1,300,000 the second year is designated for the division of debt collection, the Medicaid fraud control unit and to implement a program for the civil commitment and treatment of violent sexual predators."

(This amendment provides funding to the Office of the Attorney General to undertake enhanced debt collection, Medicaid fraud recoveries and to fund the civil commitment of sexual predators. The additional revenues for debt collection and Medicaid fraud control are anticipated to generate $5.6 million in annual revenues for the general fund.)
