Page 260, strikes lines 3 through 5 and insert:
"The General Assembly declines to appropriate funds for the continuance of the lease of office space at 11166 Main Street, Fairfax, Virginia, by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Department of Taxation, for the period beginning July 1, 2003."

Explanation
(This amendment clarifies language included relating to the cancellation of a lease by the Department of Taxation to ensure that the Commonwealth could, if it chose, use the facility for an alternative purpose.)
