Page 14, after line 29, insert:
"Effective July 1, 2003, the Virginia Commission on Youth is eliminated pursuant to the provisions of House Bill 1959, 2003 Session of the General Assembly.  All positions and funding of the Commission are transferred to the Joint Commission on Health Care.  All incumbents of these positions shall be retained in the newly consolidated commission."

Explanation
(This amendment eliminates the funding and positions for the Virginia Commission on Youth pursuant to the provisions of House Bill 1959. A companion amendment to Item 11 transfers the positions and funding to the Joint Commission on Health Care.)
