Explanation
(This amendment provides funds for staff, training, and therapeutic equipment at Southwestern Virginia Training Center. The increased resources would enable the facility to meet Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons (CRIPA) standards imposed in other state facilities that have been subject to investigations by the U.S. Justice Department.)
