Explanation
(This amendment provides funding for job development specialists to assist 1,600 mentally ill consumers in obtaining work. The job development specialists would be located at Community Services' Boards Clubhouses that serve mentally ill consumers. Demand for job development services is expected to increase due to expected changes in federal work incentives for persons receiving federal Supplemental Security Income.)
