"4.a. This appropriation includes $3,200,000 the first year and $3,200,000 the second year from the general fund for secondary vocational-technical equipment.  The funding shall be distributed to school divisions on the basis of student enrollment in secondary vocational-technical courses.
b.  No local match shall be required for school divisions to receive secondary vocational-technical equipment funding.  However, state funds received for secondary vocational-technical equipment must be used to supplement, not supplant, any funds currently provided for secondary vocational-technical equipment within the locality."

(This amendment increases state funding for the purchase of secondary vocational-technical equipment from the current level of $700,000 each year to $3,200,000 each year. Language is added to specify there would be no local match for the funding, and that localities could not supplant funding currently provided for vocational-technical equipment.)
