Explanation
(This amendment adjusts the stated estimate of funds to be transferred to the Game Protection Fund from revenue originating from the general fund based on revised estimates in watercraft sales tax collections. A companion amendment in Part 3 adjusts the specific transfer estimate. This amendment further provides authorization for DPB to transfer funds to the Capital Improvement Fund based on the direction of the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries as provided for in general statute.)
