(This amendment defers the installation of new perimeter security systems at Bland and Staunton Correctional Centers. The proposed source of funds for this project was Special Funds. In order to reallocate these funds, a companion amendment to § 3-1.01 P. transfers $668,000 from the Contract Prisoners Special Revenue Fund to the general fund in the second year.)
