Out of the amounts for Security Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chief, Division of Capitol Police, $76,416 from July 1, 2000, to November 24, 2000, $78,250 from November 25, 2000, to November 24, 2001, and $78,250 from November 25, 2001, to June 30, 2002.
