Page 358, after line 28, insert:
"Out of the amounts for Secondary Maintenance, $510,500 the first year shall be made available to repair roads in Isle of Wight County damaged as a result of Hurricane Floyd."

Explanation
(This amendment designates funds to repair secondary roads in Isle of Wight County. The Federal Emergency Management Agency will provide funds for 75 percent of the costs of repair. This amendment provides the balance of the costs.)
