(This amendment provides funding to the Department of Motor Vehicles for computer programming and other related expenses pertaining to its role in the development of a donor registry; proposed legislation would authorize the establishment of a Virginia Organ and Tissue Donor Registry. This is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Health Care.)
