"Out of the amount for Fire Assistance to Localities-General shall be paid to the Craig County Volunteer Fire Department $25,000 from the Fire Programs Fund in the first year for the purchase of a "Jaws of Life" device."

Explanation
(This amendment provides funding for the Craig County Volunteer Fire Department to purchase a "Jaws of Life" device for use in rescuing victims trapped in motor vehicle and other accidents.)
