"B. Out of this appropriation, $777,500 is authorized for the Department to acquire Generation III image intensified tactical monocular night vision equipment, capable of being head-mounted, weapon-mounted or handheld, and training from a qualified company with a night vision training program certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia.  The Department shall distribute at least 15 pieces of equipment and the accompanying training to each of the 26 certified criminal justice academies."
