Explanation
(This amendment provides $110,000 each year from the general fund and two positions to support the transfer of the Environmental Laboratory Certification Program, currently at the Division of Consolidated Laboratories, to the Department of Environmental Quality, pursuant to House Bill 1217. A companion amendment provides for an identical decrease in funding and positions in the Division of Consolidated Laboratories.)
