Explanation
(This amendment provides funding and language for the Board of Nursing to collect nursing workforce data on a biennial basis and to store and make the data available to interested parties for nursing workforce planning. Proposed legislation directs the Board of Nursing to collect this data. This is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Health Care.)
