(This amendment provides funds for K-12 educators in Virginia to attend the VPI/Oxford University Leadership and Ethics Conference in Oxford, England. The Conference was established in 1989 and annually brings together approximately 45 educators, legislators, school board members, and business leaders from the United States, England, and other European nations in order to establish ongoing communications networks; participate in lectures and seminars; share ideas and potential solutions in the participants' common areas of interest through site visitations and interactive discussions relative to educational reform; and to be sworn in as Readers at the Bodleian Library, Oxford University.)
