Explanation
(This amendment increases funding for School Resource Officers, requires funding to be distributed based on the composite index, and authorizes the Department of Criminal Justice Services to utilize funds from the School Resource Officer Incentive Grants Fund to establish the Virginia Center for School Safety. One (1.0 FTE) position is also provided for the Center.)
