Explanation
(This amendment establishes a new regional alternative education program for the counties of Bedford and Roanoke. Bedford would have 16 slots in the program, and Roanoke would have 10. Bedford would continue to use the 11 slots in the Amelia Pride Regional Alternative Education program in Lynchburg.)
