Explanation
(This amendment moves administration of the Comprehensive Services Act program from the Secretary of Education to the Secretary of Health and Human Resources, pursuant to House Bill 1510 as passed by the 2000 General Assembly. The bill designates the Secretary of Health and Human Resources as the lead secretary for the program. A companion amendment is located in Item 293.10.)
