A. Out of the amounts included in Financial Assistance for Air Transportation Development and Planning shall be paid to the Washington Airports Task Force from the special funds in this appropriation $375,000 the first year and $375,000 the second year. No resources of the Washington Airports Task Force shall be used to promote, sponsor, or participate in the Western Transportation Corridor Study.
B. The Department of Aviation shall assist the Newport News Blue Ribbon Commission as it develops and carries out plans for the area's aviation needs.
