Explanation
(This amendment provides additional agency support and positions as a result of increased revenue from House Bill 39 (1998). This amendment further provides authorization for DPB to transfer funds to the Capital Improvement Fund based on the direction of the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries as provided for in general statute.)
