"2.  Out of this appropriation, $1,000,000 the first year and $1,000,000
the second year from the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families block grant shall be provided for Centers for Employment and Training programs at Southeastern Tidewater Opportunity Program, Alexandria Office of Community Services, People Inc., Lynchburg Community Action Group, and Total Action Against Poverty."

(This amendment provides nongeneral funds to a model employment and training program for economically disadvantaged persons at each of five community action agencies. The source of funding is the federal temporary Assistance to Needy Families block grant.)
