"The State Board for Community Colleges, with the approval of the Governor as otherwise provided by law, is authorized to accept fee simple title, at no cost to the Commonwealth, certain real property described generally as 100 acres, more or less, near the intersection of U.S. Highway Routes 29 and 3 in Culpeper County, for use by the college in the development of the facilities provided for in this item."

Explanation
(This amendment, and a companion amendment to Item C-26.10, make a technical correction to the project authorizations for new facilities being designed for Germanna Community College. In addition, language is included allowing the proposed Workforce Development and Technology Training Center to be built on newly acquired land in Culpeper County.)
