Page 363, after line 7, insert : "The Department of Corrections shall eliminate the use of prisoners from the White Post Correctional Center for clean up and maintenance of Sky Meadows State Park."

Explanation
(This amendment directs the Department of Corrections to stop using inmate labor for maintenance at Sky Meadows State Park. The use of inmate labor at Sky Meadows State Park was authorized by the 1997 Session of the General Assembly. Inmates are used in the Park to repair fences, paint and repair barns and outbuildings and perform other general maintenance.)
