Explanation
(This amendment provides $101,505 and one FTE the second year from the general fund for the Department of Criminal Justice Services to develop a community education training program for law enforcement personnel on "Megan's Law". Included in this amendment is funding for a full-time trainer, a part-time program analyst, travel, equipment and supplies. This amendment implements a Crime Commission recommendation from their study on "Megan's Law".)
