(This amendment provides $50,000 the second year from the general fund for the Community Tax Law Project, to provide low-income Virginia residents with pro bono representation in federal, state, and local tax disputes, and to educate them about their rights and responsibilities as taxpayers. These funds, along with $50,000 from other sources, will be matched with $100,000 from federal funds for this purpose.)
