Explanation
(This amendment provides funding in the second year to the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services to implement a standardized prevention data collection system in each Community Services Board and within the Department for identifying, collecting, and analyzing data on prevention activities. This system would enable the Department and local Community Services Boards to fund those prevention activities that are proven to be effective and concentrate resources where they are most needed and have the greatest impact.)
