Page 16, line 28, insert:
"The Commission shall maintain automated information on all screenings and assessments completed.  Information; must include the offender's name and other identifying fields such as social security number, birth date, race, sex, etc., the offense by VCC Code, the results of screening or assessment, and the date the screening or assessment was conducted."

Explanation
(This amendment directs the Commission to maintain a data base on offenders who are screened or assessed pursuant to Senate Bill 317 and House Bill 664 of 1998.)
