(This amendment provides $500,000 in equipment funding for the Scott-Shipp Hall renovation project at Virginia Military Institute. Equipment funds were reverted until needed for the project. Restoration of the funding will allow VMI to purchase fixed and movable equipment in time to complete the project by the planned opening date.)
