Explanation
(This amendment provides $11,024,130 in funding for additional nonstate entities and historic landmarks and organizations. It also provides funding supplements that total $10,114,130 for certain organizations [Column III], which are to be paid from surplus revenues at the end of fiscal year 1999. It is the intent of the General Assembly that this amendment be enrolled in proper alphabetical order and form within the table of nonstate entities set out in Item 572, paragraph H of House Bill 1450.)
