A. This appropriation from the general fund shall be in addition to any appropriation from nongeneral funds, notwithstanding any contrary provisions in this act.
B. Out of this appropriation, an additional $25,000 $50,000 the first year and $25,000 $50,000 the second year from the general fund and two positions shall be provided to support the Danville Science Center in Danville, Virginia.
