A. The amounts for Pre-Trial, Trial, and Appellate Processes include $718,057 in the second year from the general fund for job class regrades for magistrate positions, effective November 25, 1999.
B. Included in this item is funding to support 2.0 additional magistrate positions in the second year. The Magistrate System shall allocate these positions to the counties of Hanover and York.
