Page 344, line 20, insert:
"The Department shall maintain automated information on all screenings and assessments completed.  Information must include the offender's name and other identifying fields such as social security number, birth date, race, sex, etc., the offense by VCC  Code, the results of screening or assessment, and the date the screening or assessment was conducted."

Explanation
(This amendment requires the Department to maintain a data base on substance abuse offenders who are screened or assessed pursuant to Senate Bill 317 and House Bill 664 of 1998.)
