"B.  As a condition of this appropriation, the Department for the Aging shall contract, using existing funding for these programs, with a single private sector entity for administration of:  the long-term care ombudsman program; the Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP); programs for the prevention of abuse, neglect, and exploitation; and state elder rights and legal assistance development programs."

Explanation
(This amendment directs the Department of Aging to enter into a contract with a private entity for provision of some services for elderly persons.)
