"The Commission shall maintain automated information on all screenings and assessments completed.  Information; ;must include the offender's name and other identifying fields such as social security number, birth date, race, sex, etc., the offense by VCC Code, the results of screening or assessment, and the date the screening or assessment was conducted."

Explanation
(This amendment directs the Commission to maintain a data base on drug screening and assessment.)
