Explanation
(This amendment provides $1.0 million of general fund support in the 1998-2000 biennium to CIT for three Technology Innovation Centers. The Centers focus on existing and emerging technologies important to Virginia's technology industry. The services provided by the Centers include development, application, and commercialization efforts.)
