Explanation
(This amendment authorizes the Secretary of Natural Resources to transfer Water Quality Improvement Funds between the Departments of Environmental Quality and Conservation and Recreation, in accordance with § 10.1-2129, Code of Virginia. The amounts eligible for transfer are equal to the interest credited to the Fund in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 and the recalculation approved by the General Assembly in the legislative budget amendments.)
