"An amount of up to $15,000 per year may be transferred from Item 21 to cover a decline in subscription fees, upon verification of the revenue shortfall and submission of a request to the Chairman of the Joint Rules Committee."

(This amendment corrects an oversight in Chapter 1, 1998 Special Session I, by implementing an action contained in the Joint Rules Committee's January 23, 1998, report on Legislative Agency Budgets for 1998-2000.)
