Explanation
(This amendment removes references associated with the inclusion of Lottery Proceeds in the Basic Aid funding formula in the introduced budget, and stipulates that $190,928,101 the first year and $188,025,106 the second year of Lottery Preceeds appropriated in Item 139 shall be used, together with the funding appropriated in this item, to fund the state share of Basic Aid. A companion amendment is included in Item 139. The amendment also makes technical changes in associated funding amounts.)
